Refunds and Returns Policy

At CustomBoxesRange, we take pride in delivering customized products that meet our customers’ specifications. However, we understand that errors can occur. To ensure a smooth resolution process, please review our refunds and returns policy below.

Important Notice: We only process returns and refunds for products that have defects or do not match the original order specifications.

Notification Period

Please notify us within 3 working days if your products are faulty or do not meet the specified instructions. We only consider defective products for returns or refunds.

 

Defective Products

We handle defective products in two categories:

 

Company-Side Defects:

If the defect is our fault, we will:

  • Reprint the entire order at no additional cost to you.
  • Require you to return the entire order within 7 business days and pay for shipping.
  • Need you to provide proof of the defect.

Client-Side Defects:

If the defect is your fault and you request a refund:

  • You must return the entire order.
  • The refund will be issued minus shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs.

Order Cancellation

Once your proof is approved, the printing job is sent to our press department. Please note the following cancellation policies:

  • Cancellation Timeline: You have 4 hours to cancel your order after proof approval.
  • Cancellation Fees: A 5% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your order after processing. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 to 24 hours.
  • No Refund After Printing: If your order has entered the press, no refund will be provided. However, we can offer complimentary warehouse storage, and your order can be shipped when needed.
